On each of our scheduled visits we won't just check the exterior doors and windows for signs of intrusion, we will thoroughly check each room in the property, as well as the garden shed if you have one. If appropriate we will check the aquarium, and even feed the fish. and by special arrangement we will make daily visits to feed the cats and dogs, and also change the budgie's water if necessary.

As your keyholder you may wish to give our contact information to your neighbours so that in the event of a perceived emergency we can be called in to check the property and to take whatever action we consider appropriate under the circumstances.
